The 11th Sichuan TV Festival was held in Chengdu from November 11 to November 13, 2011. Thousands of organizations from 77 countries and regions and provinces in China entered for the competition and exhibition with more than 5,000 guests and 120,000 visitors. Among them, the International TV Awards  attracted 916 works from 54 countries and regions to participate in the international documentary selection, a record high for the number of participating countries and works. By the end of the event, intentional agreements totaling 2.246 billion yuan were reached among various activities, an increase of 50.7% over the previous year. According to rough statistics, as many as 12,353 TV programs (episodes) reached intentional deals during the 3-day program trading market, with a turnover of 1.896 billion yuan, an increase by 59.5% over the 10th edition.
