“Light and Shadow - The Years Sing” TV Music Concert

The TV Music Concert, with “Light and Shadow - The Years Sing” as the theme, has set three chapters, namely “Light of Art”, “Song of the Years”and “Soul of the Times”, with TV music as the principal line, the evening party is interspersed with recitation performances by famous artists, creating a music and audio-visual “carnival” full of feelings and warmth that encourages people to endeavor. Classic TV golden songs mark the times and record the warmest voice in the development of the times. Those passionate melodies and powerful lyrics are telling the stories of the times. Just like a key to the time, they open the beautiful memories in our memory. When we trace this sound, we can feel the warmth and preciousness of life, and at the same time, we feel more obliged to cherish the current moment even more, embrace the beauty of every moment, and bravely face future challenges.

Li Xiaojun  

Deputy Secretary-General of the Publicity Department of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, Secretary of Party Leadership Group and Director General of Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Radio and Television

Li Xiaojun, a native of Xichong, Sichuan, holds a master degree from the Party School. Currently, he serves as the Vice Director General of the Publicity Department of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, as well as the Party Secretary and Director of the Sichuan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau. He is a representative of the 12th CPC Sichuan Provincial Congress and a member of the 13th Committee of CPPCC Sichuan Provincial Committee.

In 1990, he graduated from Sichuan Normal University (now West China Normal University) with a major in Chinese Language and Literature. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including Deputy Director of the Publishing Department, Deputy Director of the News Department, Director of the News Department, Deputy Secretary-General, Director of the News Department, and Secretary-General of the Publicity Department of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee.

He has also served as the Deputy Director of the International Communication Office of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee (Information Office of the People's Government of Sichuan Province), and concurrently as the Vice Director General of the Publicity Department of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Director of the Information Office of the People's Government of Sichuan Province.

Additionally, he has held concurrent positions as the spokesperson for the Publicity Department of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, Vice Chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Journalists Association, and Director of the Sichuan Provincial News Ethics Committee.

Fan Weiping served as General Director of General Administration of Press and Publication of the People’s Republic of China, Deputy Director of National Anti-pornography Office, Director of Distribution Management Department of General Administration of Press and Publication of China, Office Director of Nong Jia Shu Wu (rural libraries), Director General of Industrial Development Department of General Administration of Press and Publication of China, Director of Press System Reform Office, Director of general office of General Administration of Press and Publication of China, Director of general office of National Radio and Television Administration, Director General of Publicity Department of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee, and Deputy General Director of National Radio and Television Administration. He is the current Chairman of China Federation of Radio and Television Associations.

 

Wang Xuemin  

Vice General Manager of China Radio and Television Network Group Co., Ltd., Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Cable Television Network Co., Ltd.

Wang Xuemin currently serves as the Vice General Manager of China Radio and Television Network Group Co., Ltd., as well as the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Cable Television Network Co., Ltd. He has previously served as Vice Director General of the Public Service Department and Vice Director General of the Financial Planning Department of National Radio and Television Administration.

Wang Xuemin has dedicated to organizing and formulating industry standards for the construction of radio, television, and online audio-visual projects. He has led the formulation of important documents such as the "Guidelines on Promoting the Project of Construction of Smart Broadcasting and Television in Rural Areas" and the "Statistical Survey System for Radio, Television, and Online Audiovisual". Additionally, he has been involved in the approval process for several major projects during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and has organized the implementation of various major projects of the National Radio and Television Administration.

 

He Hui

Vice Director General of Publicity Department of CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, Secretary of Party Leadership Group and Director General of Hunan Provincial Bureau of Radio and Television

He Hui, born in Yiyang, Hunan. He holds a Ph.D. in Management. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Director General of the Publicity Department of the Hunan Provincial Committee, the Secretary of Party Group and General Director of the Hunan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau. He is also a member of the 13th Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Hunan Province.

Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including Vice Secretary of Party Committee and District Chief, later Secretary of Party Committee of Heshan District of Yiyang City, Hunan Province; Standing Committee Member and Director of the Publicity Department, and Deputy Mayor of Yongzhou City of Hunan Province; Standing Committee Member and Executive Deputy Mayor of Yiyang City of Hunan Province;

 

Wang Xiao

Secretary of Party Leadership Group and General Director of Guangdong Provincial Radio and Television Bureau

Wang Xiao is currently serving as the Secretary of Party Committee and General Director of Guangdong Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, holding a Ph.D. degree. She previously held positions as a member of Jiangmen Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Publicity Department, Secretary of the Party Committee and Full-time Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Social Science Circles; Party Secretary and full-time Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Literary Federation. She spent one year as a visiting scholar at California State University, Los Angeles, in the United States. Additionally, she also took a temporary one-year position at the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, serving as the Deputy General Director of Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports.

Wang Xiao has published multiple articles, including "On the Value and Creation of Culture", "Research Report on the Cultural Industry in the United States", "Operational Experience of Think Tanks in the United States, and Thoughts on Establishing a New Type of Think Tank", among others.

 

Gao Wenhong   

Deputy Director General of Publicity Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party CommitteeSecretary of the Party Leadership Group and  President of Inner Mongolia Radio and Television

Gao Wenhong is currently the Deputy Director General of the Publicity Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, and President of Inner Mongolia Radio and Television. He also holds the positions as Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the School of Journalism, Inner Mongolia Normal University.

Since assuming the role of Director in February 2021, Gao has led Inner Mongolia Radio and Television to win over 120 national awards, including the China Journalism Award, National Radio and Television Award, Chinese Cultural Communication Project Award, Chinese Cultural Relics New Media Communication Excellence Award, and the National Radio and Television Administration Innovation and Excellence Award. He has spearheaded the creation of a trilogy about Chinese Culture: "The Great Wall Chronicles", "Spirit of the Yellow River" and "The Chinese Dragon", as well as quality programs such as "Opening Pages and Reasoning", "Curator, Please Showcase the Treasures" and "Roots and Origins". Gao has established the core IP of “Galloping Integrated Media” and transformed it into a comprehensive platform excelling in news information, audio and video content, live interaction, and integrated services, earning the titles of "Four Firsts" in the region. Inner Mongolia Radio and Television has been selected as one of the top 15 leading units in the National Radio and Television New Media Alliance, with an annual online dissemination exceeding 5 billion, making it the largest and most influential new media platform in Inner Mongolia.

 

Ge Lai

Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation

Ge Lai, born in 1968 in Xuyu, Jiangsu province, served as Vice Director General of Publicity Department of CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Director of Civilization Office of Jiangsu Province and now he serves as Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation, and Chairman of Jiangsu Broadcasting Group.

 

LYU Peng

Party Secretary and General Director of Shandong Radio and Television

Mr. LYU Peng serves as the Party Secretary and General Director of Shandong Radio and Television Station (SDRT), the Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Radio and TV Media Group Co., Ltd. and also a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the School of Journalism and Communication of Shandong University. Since 2019, he has held the position of Vice President of the China Federation of Radio and Television Associations.

Since assuming the roles of the Party Secretary and General Director of SDRT in 2015, he has led the SDRT to win one “Five One Project Award” and 35 China Journalism Award. The SDRT has launched three iconic and high-quality TV programs, i.e., Q&A Shandong, The Great Yellow River Delta, and The Great Mount Tai. Moreover, he led and mapped out the SDRT’s Digital Media Center’s working platform, Shandong IPTV Broadcasting Control Platform, and Shandong Provincial Digital Media integrated technology platform from scratch into reality. The SDRT created a Shandian news app (both available on Apple and Android devices) with installation over 95 million, rated as the No.1 information APP in Shandong Province. He has also promoted the Hicon Network Technology (Shandong)Co., Ltd. on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, making it the first IPTV company to be listed under the registration system in China.

 

Wang Renhai

Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Henan Radio and Television

Wang Renhai currently serves as the Secretary of Party Committee and President of Henan Radio and Television, as well as the Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of Henan Radio and Television Media Holdings Group. He has played a key role in organizing, leading, and independently producing over a thousand radio and television programs, received numerous awards such as the “Huabiao Film Awards”, “Flying Apsaras Awards”, “China TV Golden Eagle Award”, “Five One Project Award” and a hundred other awards. Among them, the program Storm in the Wine Cup won the first prize in the educational category of the“China Radio and Television Awards”and has been included in university journalism textbooks. The Chinese Festivals series programs received the “Five One Project Award”, “Starlight Awards” and “Magnolia Awards”. In the “2021-2022 China Radio and Television Awards”, six works including Reply from the General Secretary and Creating a New World received honors.

 

Liu Chengan

Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Sichuan Radio and Television

Liu Chengan, served as member of Party Committee and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Sichuan Daily Press Group, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Editor-in-Chief of Sichuan Radio and Television. He is the current Secretary of Party Committee and President of Sichuan Radio and Television. He is a representative of the 14th National People's Congress, Vice Chairman of All-China Journalists Association, Chairman of Sichuan Television Artists Association, Leading Figure of National Press and Publication, winner of “Changjiang-Taofen Awards” and a talented person of the “Four Batches of Talents”. He is a senior editor who received “China News Awards” for four times, receiving the special government allowances of the State Council.

 

Shang Boying

Secretary of Party Leadership Group and President of Shenzhen Media Group

Shang Boying holds a master's degree in Economics from Wuhan University. She previously served as the Deputy District Chief of Longgang District Government in Shenzhen, a Standing Committee Member of the Longgang District Party Committee and Director General of the Publicity Department; Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, Vice President and General Manager of Shenzhen Media Group. Currently, she is the Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President of Shenzhen Media Group.

Wang Yan   

Host of China Media Group

Wang Yan, host of China Media Group(CMG), hosts programs such as "Morning News", "News Live Stream" and "Cultural Decipher". He has received honors such as the CMG "Young Talent", CMG Annual Advanced Individual, and Annual Model of the News Center.

Wang Yan has been involved in major coverage like the "70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China" and the "100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China" and he has received personal commendations from CMG.

He has also participated in significant publicity reporting tasks for events like the Party's 20th Congress, National two sessions, Beijing Winter Olympics, the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, and the China Space Station, and he has received numerous national-level awards, including the first prize of the China News Awards.
