As an international film and television award, “Gold Panda” Awards is held together with Sichuan TV Festival. Themed with “the Civilization in Light and Shadow”， the Awards represent the concepts and human common values of equality, inclusion, mutual learning and sharing.

The competition has set up four categories, including Documentary, Film, TV Drama and Animation and is soliciting works from film and TV intuitions worldwide, aiming to promote the cultural exchange, mutual learning and harmonious coexistence in the media industry worldwide through diverse themes and unique angles of film and TV works.
